Walked in almost by accident, and was amazed. It's definitely a place for most businesses meetings or some higher quality appointments. Nevertheless, I've been equally welcomed being a tourist. The food is delicious, the service very attentive and available. I had a wonderful morning and ate huevos rancheros. It's a special occasion kinda of place in a very fancy area nearby several museums. It's easy to access by bus.
excellent place to invite someone for special day, also nice if you want to take a complete food... Sopa de tortilla is recommended :)
The new outdoor terrace was very nice ad cozy. Excellent service as always. Good coffee. Chilaquiles were tasty. Nice spicy salsas. Overall, a good place for breakfast.
The best and nicest place to have an enjoyable breakfast in the city, as they welcome you - you get any kind of fruit you like and traditionally Mexican pastries and the egg menu is fantastic! Our favorite was Huevos Rancheros and Divorciados! The staff is so kind and nice!
Nice place to have dinner at Mexico City south area. Restaurant environment is nice and comfortable. Service is OK. And meals are of good quality. Perhaps prices are little high as it seems tables are "informal" but in general one gets good experience at this restaurant. Perhaps the negative is that the open area is also for smoking section. And so, for those of us that do not smoke is not good idea as from time to time at having dinner the smell of cigarettes and cigars is really not happy time. Another "but" this restaurant has parking (valet) and so it has a fixed cost. That is something I would challenge as restaurants and businesses shod have parking place for their customers at no cost and even when restaurant bills are over 200USD. Few restaurants in Mexico City understand that and they do deliver value (parking place) at no cost... of course we always tip the valet parking... so, again, charging additional fixed cost for parking is not that these businesses are focused to customer experience.
Everything was really good, including the dessert with big portions. The service is nice even though a little bit too much in a hurry sometimes. The atmosphere of the place is really good. I would definitely go back, everyone enjoyed it at our table and not even one dish was disappointing.
The atmosphere here is pretty good, along with the attentive staff. It is pretty upmarket but all are welcome and not frowned upon. The food pretty good, fresh and flavourful. With the exception of the bacon, there is crispy and then there is whatever this was. I am not opposed to crispy bacon but unfortunately it was more of a chore to eat. The people I was with enjoyed their food though and said it was very good. The prices are what you would expect in an upmarket place in an upmarket area.
The screens all around showing sports and the high volume music don't make for a classy place. However the food was more than acceptable. We had tacos, both seafood and meat, but the menu beside Mexican offers a lot Spanish classics. The veranda is seemingly sought-after, but honestly given the view of the traffic, the cigarette smoke and the noise, I would prefer to dine in the more atmospheric inner rooms next time. Service was very efficient and polite. Prices are adequate. Overall a 3.5 rounded up.
